Hi! I’m the artist behind saigobound.I specialize in character-focused illustrations and continually push myself to grow as an artist. I find a lot of fulfillment in the creative process and in producing work I’m proud of. This is a passion project at its core, and I hope you enjoy my work!For the sake of clarity and authenticity, I would like to affirm that:I will never deviate from the username “saigobound” on any official platform. Any account that uses a variation of this name (such as adding numbers or extra characters) is not me and should be treated as impersonation unless explicitly confirmed by me through my verified channels.This name is central to my personal brand and professional work, and I take its misuse seriously, especially when used to deceive, impersonate, or scam others.

All commissions start at ~$150-$200 USD and change according to factors such as complexity, size, and additional customization!Contact me via Discord (@saigobound)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By commissioning me you acknowledge and agree to all of the below, unless exceptions have been agreed upon in private conversation during the commission process.

Reference Requirements:

  • I will not start a commission until I have any requested references.

Artwork Usage:

  • You may not claim my work as your own, trace, or heavily reference my work and claim it as your own.

  • You may not resell my artwork, use it commercially, or for promotion of a commercial project unless we have discussed and agreed on this usage.

  • I retain the right to post the work to any other site, including live streams and process recordings to Youtube. Youtube recordings may include any reference images you have given me.

  • Please credit me if you are using my art for anything commercial.

Signature and File Formats:

  • You may not remove my signature from commissions.

  • Layered or .CSP files will not be given; finished work will be sent as .PNG files.

  • Exceptions include Live2D models, which will be in .PSD format.

Payment and Delivery:

  • Full-size uncropped files will only be sent over after receiving the full payment.

  • Extra charges may apply for any changes to the concept agreed on after I have received half payment or full payment.

Satisfaction and Refunds:

  • If you are not satisfied with the piece, I will not give refunds or redo the piece.

  • However, if I have missed minor details that have already been agreed upon, and you would like me to add them in, I will do my best to do so.

  • Any new additions not mentioned earlier will require an additional payment.

Unfinished Work:

  • If there is any reason I cannot finish a piece, I will offer you the work that I have done for the price it would amount to, as a refund for the remainder of the cost of work not completed.

Commission Approval:

  • Confirmation on concepts and approval to continue will be taken from the individual who has inquired about and confirmed the commission. If any other parties are involved in approving the commission, it should be conveyed through this individual.
